Resumes and consent

Resumes are stored privately and shared with a client only for roles you apply to or explicitly approve. You can delete or replace your resume and deactivate your profile at any time.

Automated tools

We use AI assistance to extract information from resumes you upload and to summarise job-relevant evidence for recruiters. Extracted information is shown to you for approval, and all hiring decisions are made by people.
